Refund Policy

  1. Orders can only be cancelled within 2 minutes of placing the order.
  2. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not allowed.
  3. Refunds may be issued only for:
    1. Wrong item delivered
    2. Food quality issues (must be reported immediately)
  4. Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after verification.
  5. No refunds on offers, discounts, or combos.
